Delivery Terms

Delivery via Courier

  1. Delivery to all Lithuanian cities (except Neringa): from €3.50 (excluding VAT).
  2. Delivery to Venipak Lithuania parcel terminals: from €1.65 (excluding VAT).
  3. Delivery to all Latvian parcel terminals: €2.47 (excluding VAT)  and Estonian parcel terminals €3.30 (excluding VAT)
  4. Delivery to Omniva Latvia and Omniva Estonia parcel terminals: from €4.50 (excluding VAT).
  5. When purchasing over €70 – shipping is free
  6. For delivery to other countries, please contact our manager.

Delivery Times

  1. Items in stock: delivery within 1–3 business days after payment.
  2. During the holiday season (October–December), delivery times may extend up to 5 business days.
  3. If delivery is delayed, customers will be informed in advance by our manager.

Custom Orders

  1. Production and delivery times for custom orders are arranged directly with the team member responsible for the project.

Responsibility for Delivery

  1. Deliveries to other cities are handled by third-party services (courier companies).
  2. In case of delays, loss, or damage to the shipment, please inform our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
