Venipak courier delivers to your address. The price depends on the total weight and destination country — see the table below.
2Venipak parcel lockers
Collect your parcel at a time that suits you in the nearest parcel locker.
If the items do not fit into a parcel locker, this option will not be shown in the cart — you can choose courier delivery instead.

1–2 business days — for in-stock items after payment.
If a delay occurs, the customer will be informed in advance.
3Pickup locations
You can collect your order free of charge at one of the locations below. We deliver the parcel to the location within 1–2 business days — you will receive an email once it is ready for collection.
Important: the Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Rīga pickup points are located in our partner PaperSeal stores — look for the PaperSeal sign (not „Pakingas"). The central warehouse has no sign.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days after payment. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our manager will contact you and inform you about the timeframe.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Venipak tracking number to follow your delivery on the courier's website.
When is delivery free?
Delivery is free in Lithuania from 100.00 €, in Latvia from 150.00 € and in Estonia from 200.00 € (incl. VAT). In the cart you will see how much is left until free shipping.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
When receiving the parcel, please check the packaging. If you notice any damage, note it on the courier's document and contact us immediately — we will help resolve the situation.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers?
Yes, we deliver to Venipak parcel lockers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The price depends on the country (see the table above). It is convenient when you want to collect your items at a suitable time.
Why do I have to wait when collecting in person?
Most pickup points are located in our partner’s stores, so we send your order from our warehouse to the chosen location — like a regular shipment. That is why the order is prepared within 1–2 business days (similar to courier delivery) rather than immediately. Once the parcel arrives and is ready, you will receive an email.
